Simply present your Club Card when paying your bill and the amount of your purchase, excluding tax and gratuity, will be credited to your account. Every dollar spent earns one point. You may also earn points on the purchase of Croma gift cards. After earning 250 points, you’ll receive a $25 Club Card credit, which may be redeemed immediately against your bill at the restaurant.

How the Program Works

1. Present your Croma Club Card when you dine at Croma and you will receive one point for every dollar that you spend (tax and gratuity excluded). Your receipt will show your current point balance. You may also earn points on the purchase of Croma gift cards.

2. Redeem points instantly! Every time you accrue 250 points, you will be issued a $25 club card credit which may be redeemed immediately against your bill at the restaurant. If your bill is less than $25, the club card credit may be carried over to your next visit. Your points do not expire annually, but if you do not earn at least 250 points in a year, your membership may be discontinued.

3. To qualify for points on private party functions, you must be an active Croma Club Card member (with at least 250 points accrued in one calendar year) before booking the party. Points for private parties are given for food and beverage only. Club Card credits are not valid towards deposits for private parties.

4. A maximum of 500 points can be added per visit. Dollars spent in excess of this amount will not earn you any more points during future visits.

5. You must present your card at time of payment. Points will not be added retroactively.

How to Enroll

To become a Croma Club Card member, either:

1) Enroll online by completing the application on this page.

2) Download and mail the completed application form to the address below.

3) Enroll at the restaurant
Please ask your server for a Croma Club Card application. The completed form may be dropped at the restaurant or mailed to the address above.

Terms and Conditions

The Croma Club Card Program is for individual customers and is non-transferable. Points may not be credited to business entities. Points are earned for each dollar spent (excluding tax and gratuity) at Croma Restaurant, including gift card purchases. To qualify for points on party functions, you must be an active Club Card member before booking the party (points for parties are given on food and beverage only). Only the person paying the bill may be credited with points for any purchases. You must present your card at the time of the purchase to be credited with points.

Purchases prior to the date of enrollment do not earn points. Croma reserves the right to add or withdraw participating restaurants, to make changes in the rules or prizes, audit your account, or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. Federal and State tax liabilities remain the responsibility of the card holder. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to become members. Employees of Croma and their families are not eligible for membership. The membership card is not a credit card, but is intended only as a method of tracking your visits to our restaurant. Points have no cash value and some blackout dates and restrictions may apply as deemed necessary. If lost or stolen, points are forfeited if spent before the card is reported.

By completing the member profile, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Croma Club Card program, of which terms and conditions are subject to change within Croma Restaurant’s sole discretion, at any time.

Lost Cards

During the first occurrence, the Croma Club Card can be replaced and the point balance transferred. Thereafter a $10.00 replacement fee will be charged. For a replacement card, please fill out the replacement card application and mail to the address below.

Allow 10 to 14 business days for processing. Please note: if the card is lost or stolen, points are forfeited if spent before the card is reported.
